Oak Hill is the name that makes the most sense and that is most meaningful to the community. It has historical relevance.
Skyview is a ludicrous name, as are most of the other random names that made the final list, most of which had 0-2 votes in the original survey.

I think that is because there is an Oak Hill ES. There are not too many schools with the same name for ES, MS, or HS. I can think of Herndon but that is it.

Loudoun school board renamed a school “Richard Loving ES”. They’re sending hundreds of little kids to Dick Loving ES every day.

+1 more who lives in the area. This is not what the community wants. And, why did she not go with a local name? I prefer Oak Hill, but Floris, Horsepen Run, Sully, Frying Pan. Something that defines the local community.
