So my guess is that they shoot for a net increase of about 40-45, but likely need to admit 60-65 (maybe more) to hit that number. Given the enrollment cap and a similar calculus being run for every expansion year, they probably deliberately undershoot and then go to the waitlist later. Which is an advantage for waitlist kids who otherwise will attending public because they can switch right up until the school year starts if offered a spot.[/quote]
