Driveways are nice and add value, but street parking on this type of residential side street wouldn’t be a pain. This isn’t a location where you’d be battling for spots, you park right outside your house. It would be like a 20 foot walk to the front door, not that much more of a distance than a driveway would be.

Only time it would be a pain would be in snow like this.[/quote]
