To add to this - unless you started working in the last two years, you saw the jump in income you got.  The holiday was never intended to be permanent, so bitching about it is like complainig that the sun is going rise - again! - tomorrow.

BTW, I am "self-employed," so I did NOT benefit from the payroll tax holiday for the past two years.  I paid BOTH the employee portion and the employer portion, while you paid nothing.  Glad to see everyone is back to pulling their own weight again.  [/quote]
