They had him on an IV and administered multiple rounds of medication to induce vomiting and he just wouldn’t. They’re not an emergency facility and have no overnight staff. He needed to be monitored overnight for possible neurological and cardiac effects. These are very caring vets. They made sure the hospital expected us, called us later that evening, and the next day even though they were closed (Christmas Eve) to make sure our dog was okay. Luckily, my dog is apparently capable of eating anything.[/quote]
