It actually has more stores that I shop as often lCostco, Five Below, and Children's Place. I also shop at Macy's and JC Penney sometimes. The food court is fine and there are also a couple of other decent restaurants like Nandos next to Costco and a good hibachi place (not in the mall but in the strip mall behind the Costco garage). There are also some aspects I don't like - the Happy Bounce place is disorganized and just not nice, the cell phone repair places are kind of shady, and I'm sad the Stride Rite closed.
They did? During the pandemic, they were willing to bring shoes outside to the lot if you knew your kid's size and brand you wanted.

My regular vet said his staff called around for an hour to find a hospital that could take my dog, and that’s where we ended up. They were great and he recovered quickly after a an overnight stay. They even gave me directions so I could avoid the absolute worst of the holiday mall traffic.

In the hour it took for your regular vet to call around, couldn't they have treated your dog themselves?
