So crowded and the type of people there was resembling more like the OC crowd. I was shocked by the change.[/quote] Kind of true but so has OC. It’s much worse. New houses are going for $4-5m in Rehoboth and weekly rentals for $6-7k for a condo. A house for a week would be in the $12-$16k range. [/quote]
