Clearly telling people not to eat is not working well or we would not be in the situation where 70% of Americans are overweight. Results matter more than the method, that method has been tried but isn’t working well. Ozempic works very well and people actually maintain the weight loss. Considering that almost every country on the planet has become fatter over the last 50 years clearly there are societal issues at play that are making it challenging to maintain a healthy weight. Personal choices are important, but other factors are also important to the current obesity crisis as well. [/quote]
