Wrong. All the private school kids in CA take it and many of the public school kids do too, in order to be competitive when applying to non- UC colleges. My kids literally just graduated from a CA publicy HS and took it. On the ground you become aware, you're just making sh*t up from your armchair in the DMV[/quote]
USC does not look at TO students from Cali and TO students from elsewhere the same. That’s it. Full stop. Especially if kids are applying EA, they recognize it for what it is: a sign that the Cali kid is more likely to yield. I am sorry your public has bad college counseling, and am especially sorry that you do not seem to be able to learn beyond your lived experience.[/quote]
