You did what you wanted and escaped a lecture.  Presumably you felt good about your looks while wearing your silly underwear.

Letting your daughter do this (without hiding from you) but with a side of feminist commentary, is progress of a sort.

The sneakers do destroy the hotness.  Also girls with crowns aren't necessarily what boys are interested in. I think it's a dumbed down enough costume.[/quote]
