[/quote] Yes, I remember this from applying to Brown as well. To me, it really skirts the line of looking at someone and seeing whether they are URM and judging whether or not they are wealthy, so I am not a fan. There are studies that show that people tend to gravitate toward people who are conventionally attractive also. A super selective school like Brown should consider the cost (time and $$) to the over 90% of applicants who will not get into the school.[/quote]
