Yes ICE can spend more time masked up in the leafy suburbs arresting and handcuffing 5 year old children. ICE is very similar to AGC in Columbia. ICE and their supporters are the worst or the worst. Criminals and losers given a mask and a weapon. They have been looting, trafficking in drugs and taking bribes already. They are immune from prosecution.[/quote]

Sorry they are technically using zip ties. For some reason they do not make handcuffs for children.
