So then these troops will be heading to the most crime-ridden areas of Chicago, right? Just like they did in DC? Because they are so effective here that there have been zero murders on the National Mall in broad daylight ever since they arrived.

Sorry they are technically using zip ties. For some reason they do not make handcuffs for children.

As the agents worked their way through apartments, they kicked down doors, threw flash-bang grenades, and detained adults and children with zip ties, according to residents.
