Yes, it will sort out soon enough. The Fourth Circuit will be overruled and then FCPS will have no choice but to fall in line with the DOE position. They elevate trans kids over everyone else, but it won’t be in their DNA to openly defy a Supreme Court decision. [/quote]

If they capitulated to the DOE position now, they could be sued for not following the Fourth Circuit precedent, and they'd also have to defend that case.
