It's just tradition and common sense that girls deserve their own private spaces, even if militant trans activists think otherwise. I am sympathetic to FCPS's legal predicament but also expect the better view to prevail.

People like you are exhausting. If you are worried, you can be advocating for private changing places or bathrooms with full doors. Do you have any data to back up your concerns? Why doesn’t a legal predicament bother you? FCPS loses either way. Why not try to think of a helpful creative solution instead?

I do not know what is being withheld so far--but laying out what is being withheld is a smart move on feds part. Remember, there are other school systems involved with TJ and lots of companies and donors support TJ.
