Not true at all.

I just got these in that size and they are great.  Not fancy but supportive and super comfortable.  There are some I like off Amazon but they keep changing them and the support isn't great.  I've tried many.

The way to check if you are in the correct band size is to try the bra on upside down and backwards, like a cape. It should feel tight enough to stay in place but not uncomfortable. If it feels good this way but tight when you try on the bra, it means the cups are too small. If it fastens on the tightest setting this way but still doesn't feel particularly snug, that means your band is too bug and your cups are too small.[/quote]

Most women are walking around in incorrectly fitting bras. They’re wearing the bands too large and the cups too small. I tried the A Bra that Fits calculator and it was a revelation.[/quote]
