Oh no, OP, you need to find bras that cater to women with larger busts. I'm your size and the brands I gravitate towards are Fantasie, Elomi, Chantelle, and Freya. You don't need a minimizer, you need bras with real support. I buy my bras from Bare Necessities, but Breakout Bras is also a good store.

You also need to go the A Bra That Fits calculator and find your real bra size.

I’m a 34G and Hilaine has the best minimizers ever. I’ve tried them all.

Another recommendation for the bra that fits calculator! I also found Freya bras through that Reddit.

I’m a big fan of these Wacoal high impact sports bras for everyday - I know it sounds intense but they’re really comfortable with the wider straps and limited boob movement

+1 Chantelle minimizer changed my whole look, and clothes fit so much better. 34F (DDD in American). I was a 32C my whole life pre-menopause so this was a big change.

Anita has a great minimizer bra. Been buying it for 10+ years.

Not true at all.

I just got these in that size and they are great. Not fancy but supportive and super comfortable. There are some I like off Amazon but they keep changing them and the support isn't great. I've tried many.

The way to check if you are in the correct band size is to try the bra on upside down and backwards, like a cape. It should feel tight enough to stay in place but not uncomfortable. If it feels good this way but tight when you try on the bra, it means the cups are too small. If it fastens on the tightest setting this way but still doesn't feel particularly snug, that means your band is too bug and your cups are too small.

Adults can pick their own bra size and don't need a lecture. I know size.

Most women are walking around in incorrectly fitting bras. They’re wearing the bands too large and the cups too small. I tried the A Bra that Fits calculator and it was a revelation.

I’m in love with you…

I’m a G in this. I rarely restock the same bra when I’m buying now, but I just repurchased a few of these, because even my 2 year old ones are still in great condition.

No pilling. The top of the cup never got deformed to the point that you see it through a tee shirt. Didn’t stretch out as much as some others. Lined.
