Bone density test.  The one they recommend for 65 and older.  I am mid 40’s.[/quote]

I got the bone density test and am well below 65. The tests picked up that I already have a problem so I'm glad I didn't wait that long. Maybe they recommended this test because of medications you're taking, or family history or pre-existing conditions. Did you ask them why?[/quote]
