That's insurance, that's not the practice.
There is a difference between an annual "well visit" check up/physical and a "sick" or cause visit. My doctor (private practice not at VHC) allows maybe one new issue per annual physical and anything else you have to come back.

Bone density test. The one they recommend for 65 and older. I am mid 40’s.
I got the bone density test and am well below 65. The tests picked up that I already have a problem so I'm glad I didn't wait that long. Maybe they recommended this test because of medications you're taking, or family history or pre-existing conditions. Did you ask them why?
