I thought the officer was going to tell the guy filming that he had to stop filming. I didn't see that the man did anything unlawful. He was standing still, filming (I assume) police officers, and talking to them. If they told him to move, he should have moved, but he didn't do anything unlawful that I could see. He wasn't obstructing anything. He was just standing there holding a phone. [/quote]
