Third, why didn't the current owners go one extra step and re-finish those wood floors? I think it would have shown a lot better.

Finally, I hope it is obvious, I am not a relator, or the realtor, nor am I in the market but this forum can be downright snarky and fun.

I mean I don't like it but it's not priced above market for size and location I don't think.  Everything is pretty much $1M+ in these parts these days so it's not crazy.  We saw a house that was $975k in Arl and it was like a shack with 3BR about 1/2 this place and even dumpier! It's crazy but $1M really is baseline these days.  [/quote]
