Being this fixated on room selection feels like the equivalent of a 40 year old yelling "shotgun" to claim the front seat. If the rooms are about the same, who cares? The brother should have talked to the mom of the college kid and said "make sure we get the better option and tell her to go ahead and get settled in the other one." Did he need to do like a ceremonial choosing of the room to make sure it was fair? [/quote]
