For example, if you are hiring a math teacher for calculus, have they ever taught calculus before? If they hire a new counselor, do they have high school experience with all the ins and outs about college applications? If they hire a new administrator, do they have any experience in a leadership role, or are they first time administrators. Just because you can fill the job does not mean that all is well.
