The " check" was making sure they didn't stomp all over the Constitution and risk the rights of Americans and others who had due process.

Also they are sweeping up people at immigration offices who are in process of becoming legal. That in no way was what ICE was created for.

They've been co-opted by that troll Miller to become the U.S. Gestapo.
