Stephen Miller has put the entirety of the Department of Homeland Security into this ridiculous effort so odds are there’s some sort of LEO on that scene. Someone who should be working against domestic terrorism, or investigating child p*rn perpetrators.

Civil immigration enforcement is a warrantless detention. Perfectly legal.

ICE warrants are Administrative, not Judicial, meaning they’re signed by an agency staffer.

What's wrong with providing a warrant? If ICE is acting lawfully, they should have no problem providing this.


They are not obligated to show the warrant to anyone who demands it. Face it - this guy isn’t as important as he thinks he is.


Being a comptroller of NY is a hella lot more important than being a thug ICE Agent who probably makes $65K at best.

They were a dirty little secret that was kept in check by decent Constitution abiding administrations.

The " check" was making sure they didn't stomp all over the Constitution and risk the rights of Americans and others who had due process.

Also they are sweeping up people at immigration offices who are in process of becoming legal. That in no way was what ICE was created for.
