ICE is not legally allow to arrest US citizens but arrested US citizens daily( even elected officials and judges). ICE agents and contractors wear mask, refuses to show agency identification, refuses to identify themselves, does not identify the people they are detaining, uses private contractors for arrest, does not use warrants, ignores due process, etc. ICE has an independent intelligence gathering and data collection arm that mirrors the FBI and CIA but with no restrictions and no oversight. They readily admit to arresting and deporting innocent people but refuse to free these people.

Many of the ICE agents are ex police who were fired for cause or dishonorable discharged ex military. Their ranks are filled with white nationalists and militia groups. The agency seems to draw or self recruited these type of people.

ICE is a secret police force with no checks or accountability. They bar elected officials(including Congressmen and Senators), judges and other US agencies from inspecting their facilities. Effectively making their facilities black sites. ICE targets political opponents and dissidents. Commonly uses excessive force and engaging in human rights abuses. ICE is effectively outside of the constitutional system of this country. They are everything conservatives have warned us about for years.[/quote]
