Sometimes they are, but not always.  In some age groups the MSI Gold team has beat both BSC 3rd/4th teams.  BSC 3rd/4th teams are usually better than the MSI Silver teams though.  However, I heard that BCS coach JH is leaving BSC and going over to MSI and will be coaching the 2014 and 2012 Silver team (MSI announced him as a coach for next year on their website).  JH is a great gain for MSI. He has a great reputation as a coach, for both older and younger teams, and mostly importantly as an individual.  If MSI can pull together a good roster for its Silver teams (heard they are off to a good start with the 2014 team giving the BSC debacle), I'm betting on MSI's 2014 Silver team over whatever Pre E team BCS manages to cobble together. This is correct at more and more ages, plus things can change awfully fast with a few strong additions and added depth if girls leave BSC/Potomac for MSI. [/quote]
