[b]My response:[/b]My response to the calendar pictures is honest and one that has been thought through for a while. 
I talked it over with Andy and have decided that in light of some of past events in relation to pictures being taken of DS and myself not being included, before and after Andy and I were married, it won't be necessary to put mine and DS's pictures in the calendar. 
I came to the conclusion last year that it wasn't because Andy and I were not married. This has in turn hurt feelings, and caused mixed emotions. So to eliminate any more confusion, we will respectfully bow out of the calendar. I can respect the need for familial separation, I just wish the line were a little more clear. I think in passing we have touched on this before, but last year when the pictures were taken of the children, and DS was not invited, I called MIL and she said she had nothing to do with the decision as to who was included, I then understood. I'm sorry I didn't respond earlier, I have been thinking of the best way so as not to come across impolite. 
 
I have, however, included a few pictures of DSD and DH from the cruise.

Thank you for understanding. 
I sent 3 emails there were 8 pictures and some may have been repeated, the first couple times I tried they wouldn't go through.
