The Boeing delivered Air Force One is expected in 2027 (previously projected for 2029.) Trump wants a new plane this year. It’s frivolous spending for something that is already being built and will be gifted to him… I mean “his library” in a few years. [/quote]

His library will be a 501(c)(3) organization.  If the plane is given to the library and he uses it without paying for it, it becomes an inurement issue and it will lose its tax exempt status and all of theose hundreds of millions iwll no longer be tax deductible.
