The Reagan library has a retired AF1 but it’s on display and not for personal use. There was a 2016 GOP primary debate in front of the plane.

I think, in the end, my money would be that the plane is decommissioned and scrapped before anyone would allow Trump or his library/foundation to take possession of it.
