You know nothing yet of the actual facts and are moralizing on rumor. The other teen claims they were just ringing the doorbell and were running away - likely a lie but there is video so the truth should come out.

If he shot the kid in the back, then he's in the wrong. If they were menacing him it'll go the other way.
