Complaints are much more common in the military and government than the private sector.  The military could use some private sector common sense to improve the working conditions of supervisors. I work in a large civilian government agency.  SA complaints would be in the low single digits each year— if we had any. It’s a problem in the military. And a huge problem for deployed members denied abortion access. Punishing survivors doesn’t make it less of a problem. And, I’ve worked in the private sector as well. Just as many stupid “someone cooked fish in the microwave” HR complaints.

He wants an all straight male military.  He’d prefer it be all white, but some needs to be cannon fodder I guess.  That appeals to a certain segment of MAGA. But, even ignoring civil rights issues (because strong war man), we aren’t fighting Vietnam in 2025. The all strong white male military model leaves a lot of talent needed for a 21st century military on the table. [/quote]
