It is very clear and the Supreme Court has upheld due process for ALL PERSONS many times. In any case, for God's sake can you at least admit that people should not be sent to a concentration camp without due process??? Deporting is one thing, sending to CECOT is another. ANd don't start with the "Maduro wouldn't take them" bull$hit. Maduro has been open to accepting deported Venezuelans for a month and Trump tried to send a new flight to El Salvador this weekend.[/quote]
