He was a passenger in the car when he was arrested in FL and allegedly told the cop he was in the US illegally.  It’s pretty obvious the cop lied about that.  He had a brown guy who doesn’t speak English and he assumed he must be illegal but had no evidence so he lied.  [/quote]
