Oh what's that you want to defend your orange god....kkk
You are currently defending a drunk driver who told the police he was here illegally.
Assuming he said he was here illegally, that seems like a rather stupid thing to say. If you do say it, after being pulled over for DUI, you're going to end up in jail for a little while.
He was a passenger in the car when he was arrested in FL and allegedly told the cop he was in the US illegally. It’s pretty obvious the cop lied about that. He had a brown guy who doesn’t speak English and he assumed he must be illegal but had no evidence so he lied.
Born in America and doesn't speak English?

? He's an American by birth.
His mother and a community advocate presented his birth certificate and Social Security card during a hearing in Leon County, but the judge said that she had no authority to release him due to the court’s jurisdiction. ICE doesn't seem to follow laws. This from the party of law and order.
Lopez Gomez, 21, was born in Georgia. According to court records, he has been assigned a judge as well as a public defender. He appears to have been arrested and charged under an “anti-immigration” law passed in Florida two months ago, despite the fact that the law is currently under a temporary restraining order and isn’t supposed to be enforced.
Agreed, but if you read the original report HE told the cop he was here illegally. Seems like a dumb thing to do….
It seems that he was drunk, so that might explain the stupid comment
He doesn't sound too intelligent.
Is that grounds for being held?
Let's send Trump first

New poster. I am not going to challenge whether this is true or not because IT DOES NOT MATTER.
Yes, I am shouting.
Whether you are in the Trump administration or a Trump sympathizer, you need to understand a few things: 1) we are not stupid 2) irrelevant aspects do not matter
Let me give an example: Your teenage college student gets drunk at a party and is a passenger in a car that gets stopped for reckless driving. Your teenage son is then sent to an ICE detention Center with no real clue why. Why does one seem impossible and yet you are okay with the other???
Guess what: we are also standing up for your frat boy when we stand up for Juan Carlos Gomez-Lopez.[/quote]
Louder for the morons in the back!

Setting aside the racial profiling involved, the worst parts about this IMHO are (1) being arrested under a law that was enjoined, and (2) the ICE 48 hour hold that remained after the charges were dropped.
