Absolutely NOT normal. Who are these women who say, by your 40's it is perfectly normal to be exhausted by 6pm? You may have low or high blood pressure (because of the light headedness). You may have low thyroid - because of your evening exhaustion. Or you may have some other problem that is solvable. Any change in your daily habits is a problem worth looking in to. Y'all, we are going to live to 100 and you are all saying, for the next half of your life, go to sleep at 6??
It depends. If you are at sedentary job, it is not normal to be exhausted by 6 PM. If you work in an overstimulating environment like a school or the emergency room, it isn’t unusual. If you work a manual labor type job, it isn’t unusual.
