yes, very well balanced meals
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:How do you manage an hour of a highly intense workout when you are exhausted?
You get started.
Even at my most exhausted--I always feel better afterwards. You give it 10 minutes and go from there.
I have worked out 6 days a week (even during pregnancy) my entire life.
Go for a walk outside minimum...

Anonymous wrote:I am 49 and I used to be tired in the evenings but I could function if needed; recently I had maybe 2-3 days spread out over the course of about a year where all I could do in the evening was lie on the couch. Like if someone told me get up and do the dishes I would die, thats how i felt.
All these bouts were after a long stressful week with lack of sleep.
i also have seasonal increases in work activity and they get harder and harder for me every year. It’s very noticeable.
So yes I’d say it’s “normal” unfortunately.

You may have low or high blood pressure (because of the light headedness). You may have low thyroid - because of your evening exhaustion. Or you may have some other problem that is solvable. Any change in your daily habits is a problem worth looking in to.
Y'all, we are going to live to 100 and you are all saying, for the next half of your life, go to sleep at 6??
It depends. If you are at sedentary job, it is not normal to be exhausted by 6 PM. If you work in an overstimulating environment like a school or the emergency room, it isn’t unusual. If you work a manual labor type job, it isn’t unusual.

However, I seem to have high estrogen and my doc is looking into that. Bloodwork also fine but check your iron and Vit D. Mine were low. Not sure if that is the whole story, though.
