DD at an Ivy and a girl got caught going down to the laundry room and rummaging through dryers for clothing. There was so much stolen clothing in her room, Lululemon, Alo, even a Canada Goose. There is a ton of wealth disparity and resentment at these colleges, you are living on top of people from very different backgrounds. It happens. FYI, the thief was an Asian girl who was forced to return all the clothing- I am not sure if she was punished for it though.
This! Alo and Lululemon is absolutely prime theft material. Wanted by many, yet common enough that no one could be sure it’s theirs if someone else steals and wears it. It’s unlikely roommates would steal it out of your drawers, but if you leave it in a dorm dryer all day- yeah, some things will go missing
"the theif was an Asian girl" Why did you feel the need to show us you are racist? Theft has been a part of college forever this is nothing new. Leaving your stuff in the dryer that is on you for being stupid. You bring your books and you study when your shit is in the laundry. Anyone with a brain knows this.
nobody is stealing your laundry. They move it because you are not there when the load is done.
