And this was over text-he lashed out in response to her w the means immediately available to him. Chances are high it wouldn’t escalate to violence but if you genuinely take unhinged and wildly unprofessional texts are a sign someone ISN’T potentially hot headed and potentially violent I don’t know what to tell you.
