No, actually somebody prone to violence usually has no problem being clear with their threats. Hedging your own verbal outburst is a form of self control that violent people do not have.[/quote]

This is absurd-of course violent people sometime pop off verbally first! And this was over text-he lashed out in response to her w the means immediately available to him.

Chances are high it wouldn’t escalate to violence but if you genuinely take unhinged and wildly unprofessional texts are a sign someone ISN’T  potentially hot headed and potentially violent I don’t know what to tell you. Stay safe?[/quote]
