[/quote] She was breaking the window to the chambers of congress and the law enforcement officer had a that there was an imminent threat to lives of people inside. There was an entire mob of people behind her that would have come behind her and killed people without appropriate deterrence. This is a textbook example of a justified use of lethal force. [/quote]
