The law requires the cop to issue a warning before he shoots. He failed to obey the law.

There is no law that requires a law enforcement officer to warn before shooting. There may be an agency policy, but certainly no law.

She was breaking the window to the chambers of congress and the law enforcement officer had a that there was an imminent threat to lives of people inside. There was an entire mob of people behind her that would have come behind her and killed people without appropriate deterrence. This is a textbook example of a justified use of lethal force.

J6 is basically a modern Boston massacre and Tories hate it.
