Like it or not, immigration status largely falls under the Executive branch. [/quote] Like it or not, the Congress passed laws that codify how Green Card holders can have their Green Cards revoked, and in zero circumstances, is it legal to take someone without a warrant from their home and locate them in an out of state facility.[/quote]
