It's a basic principal of law and a part of the constitution that in our giant diverse country, we have equal rights under law, discrimination is not allowed, reasonable accommodations and equal pay for equal work are the morally correct and legally required thing to do. Many people have been misled and lied to about DEI and think it is some bad form of discrimination when it is completely the opposite. Law schools know better. You cannot teach the law of the U.S. without discussing DEIA topics. It's basic and inherent in our laws.[/quote]
