Anticipating limited visibility? Telling buses to drive slowly? That's basically admitting in advance that they know conditions could be dangerous. Did their lawyers approve that? Probably everything will be fine but this is totally out of line with every other school system in the area and OPM so if even one minor thing happens, they are going to be out on an island and strung up for regional ridicule. All risk for no reward. The inconsistency in decision making between the 2-hour delay called 48 hours in advance, and this, is a total clown show. [/quote]
