A. An enemy is not (at least partially) comprised of brilliant individuals
and
B. An enemy cannot find clever ways to operate within the confines of applicable law.

DP you are missing the point. Trump’s federalist society judges will do what Trump wants done. Even if you get lucky with a judge who is going to enforce the ruling?

Trump and republicans are above the law. The best thing that could happen is if the country breaks up. Talk to a maga. They just foam at the mouth about liberals and leftists. The only hope is to break away from the red states.[/quote]
