Congress creates laws. Elon cannot go around them. Elon is doing things that are illegal.

Congress is the lawmaking branch of the federal government, not the executive branch. Is civics not being taught in schools anymore? Or maybe Musk's lackeys haven't made it there yet in their schooling. Yes, the President can roll back Regulations, but that isn't the same thing as rolling back laws.

Disagree. Sure you can create a position and give them a salary, but then they're subject to our ethics rules. And fed ethics rules are very strict. He'd also need a top secret clearance and it doesn't appear that he has any.
