[/quote] If you want actual assessment based on reasonable actual numbers, here you go for a trip you have to fly on: 1. Drive the shortest distance necessary- this is by far the biggest thing you can do on your trip to lower your risk 2. Fly nonstop- adding a takeoff and landing to your trip adds another cycle of the riskiest parts of flying ...... 48. Prefer Dulles and BWI over DCA, all of the above being otherwise equal.[/quote]
