Most people who are worried about RTO are not likely to be on the cutting block.[/quote] +1 I am 15 years in (so fairly senior) and routinely make all 5s on my performance reviews (only a small percentage can get perfect ratings in all areas). I’m a strong performer and have good relations with managers. So I’m not going to be fired for poor performance and it’s unlikely a RIF would ever reach my service comp date. Really RTO and messing with benefits are the only things that could end up pushing me out. [/quote]
