We get phone calls, we read things in hard copy - I have hard copies of statutes and regs I’m often consulting. Am I going to have to randomly hit computer keys? [/quote] It is pretty ridiculous. It is easy to bust someone who is not working. Send emails and call every hour and document how long it is for a response. The people who are offline not doing work would be fully busted in a week.[/quote]
