[/quote] Then why does it matter where the guns came from? The problem is the people of DC shooting others while engaged in a criminal act. Perhaps the focus should be convincing DC residents that life has value. Others have rights. Don't steal. Don't commit crimes where the targets have legal rights to carry guns aswell and will shoot back. [/quote]
